When you create an account, place an order, contact us or use 1:1 support, we may process your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details and communications. Necessary device, browser and security-log information may also be processed to operate the site.
How we use it
We use information only to process orders, communicate about payment and delivery, provide account and after-sales support, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
To complete a transaction, we share the minimum necessary information with the payment provider you select, delivery providers, and vendors that provide hosting, email or security services. Card or account credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider under its own rules.
Retention, access and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide services, handle disputes, or meet tax and other legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained where required by law.
