In-stock orders enter processing after payment confirmation. Pre-order, limited, combined or release-date items are handled in sequence after the date shown on the product page. Items with different release dates may be held and shipped together; checkout and notices control for your order.
Tracking and delivery
When a parcel is handed to a carrier, we provide available tracking information in the order record or dispatch notice where the carrier supports tracking. Keep your address, recipient name, phone and customs information accurate; added costs caused by incorrect details, failed delivery or refusal are the recipient’s responsibility.
International shipping and duties
International delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, customs, weather and local rules. Unless checkout says otherwise, import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees and destination-related charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
